Is the crisis in the Middle East hurtling toward the point of no return?
Israel’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, tells the U.N. that Iran could have nukes by spring. Iran’s president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has called for the end of the United States and Israel. Chaos is erupting throughout the region. Rumors abound of an impending Israeli first strike against Iran’s nuclear program.
Is war imminent?
A day doesn’t go by without Iran and Israel being in the news, but often sources leave out pertinent information. And it seems by the time a book comes out on the subject of the Middle East the topic is old news. Israel at War is a very current topic rooted with history. Rosenberg discusses current events and how past events relate to them. He discusses conversations he had with Netanyahu as well as information he discovered while workin for Netanyahu.
I’m not a huge fan of non-fiction, but Rosenberg’s personal involvement kept me turning the page. His ability to explain in layman’s terms helped me to understand more fully just how dire the situation is and why it is, I an American far from the Middle East, need to be concerned.
*Tyndale provided me with a complimentary copy of this book. Their generosity has in no way shape or form, yada, yada influenced my opinion.

Looks like a perfect birthday/Christmas gift for my mom. Then, I’ll read it when she’s done. 🙂
